In 2026, Pink Screens celebrates 25 years of queer cinema and culture!

The Logistics team ensures that everything runs smoothly and brings the festival to life beyond the screenings, through meetings, events, and celebrations.

And we need you on the team!

 

Volunteer management

Organisation of the info session & volunteer dinner

Coordination of shifts, front desks, and cash registers

Monitoring of tickets and presale schedules

Support for safety and creation of a chill zone

Decoration, setup, and dismantling of spaces

Opening night

The two Thursdays of the festival: Pink Screens opening & DJ nights

Queer Market at Les Grands Carmes

Professional networking event

Award ceremony

And many more

Availability for shifts during the festival

Sensitivity to the values of GDAC and Pink Screens

Comfortable with physical and event work, sometimes stressful

Comfortable interacting with the public and volunteers

Flexible with last-minute tasks

Good command of French (meetings are held in French)

Bonus: driver’s license (category B)
