Princess

Katharina and Yvonne are part of a girl gang hanging out in an ordinary German suburb, where desolation and despair meet between cheap apartment blocks and discount supermarkets. If they feel like it, they'll smack your face. Yvonne has gotten into so many fights - tomorrow she has to go to prison. But when she refuses to turn up there her best friend, Russian-German Katharina, distances herself from Yvonne and the gang soon starts to fall apart. Things escalate in a horrible fashion and one of them has to make a sacrifice. This is a story made of friendship and a rare representation of women and violence.
