It's 1968 in the Dagenham Ford Factory, and female workers want the same pay than their male colleagues. With humour, common sense and courage, they take on their corporate pay masters, an increasingly belligerent local community and finally, the government. Directed by « Calendar Girls » Nigel Ford, this hilarious social comedy is a hommage to women struggles and union fights, with nice hairdos on top.
