Daniel is a young artist torn between his small village community, the city, art galleries, the Catholic Church and his gay identity. When his lesbian girlfriend commits suicide after suffering homophobic heckling, Daniel makes himself a target in the village. He responds with a provocative artwork and plans further actions to send a signal against homophobia and for acceptance - at the same time he wants to do everything not to lose Olek, the local man he is secretly seeing and who cannot accept his homosexuality.
The powerful and stirring feature film by the directing duo Lukasz Ronduda and Lukasz Gutt with strong acting performances is based on true events.
