Yorgos is released from jail after 15 years serving for murder committed in his home town. He spends his first night as a free man in a shabby hotel in downtown Athens. There he meets Strella, beautiful and intriguing transsexual : they make love, fall for each other, but soon, Yorgos's past is resurfacing.
