Simon, a young German doctor living in Marseille, disappears leaving his apartment deserted. Valerie, his mother, with whom he has a difficult relationship, is desperate. She calls on an ex boyfriend of Simon to help look for him. In the style of a thriller, Jan Krüger (Rückenwind, Pink Screens 2009) takes the couple on the dangerous roads to self-discovery, signing an atmospheric film in Marseille which is both disturbing and sensual.

Anthony looks after his terminally ill mother, with the help of his boyfriend Kyle. In their last day together the film explores the intimate and often unspoken moment in which we give something special away.
