The screening

Isaac Julien is a film maker and contemporary video artist whose works have been shown in some of the most prestigious museums worldwide, such as the MOMA in New York and the centre Pompidou in Paris.
Since 1981, he has been exploring the topics of black culture and homosexuality in the African diaspora as well as the multiple facets of black popular culture in photography, psychiatry and cinema.
In 2004, we screened several of his films that we have the pleasure of showing you once again as a part of the 15 years of Pink Screens.
