The 4th Pink Screens Festival invites you to 10 days of film emotions: disturbing, comic, rejuvinating and moving. Presented by “Genres d’à Côté”, the Pink Screens offers space to alternative and queer cinema where gender, sexuality and identity differences are the theme.

Transvestites, gays, lesbians, butch feminists or heterosexual-drags, the festival is a defence of the diversity of gender association and pushes the limits of conventionality. Homosexuality is also political , but this does not prevent it to be presented with light humour and eroticism. With 70 films showing, everyone will find something to identify with. Sublime and engaging actress Delphine Seyrig will be the the object of part of the program with a follow-up at the Film Museum. Queer Black identity will also be equally prominent this year.

Sharpen your curiosity and benefit from the unique atmosphere of the Nova Cinema, which will host a “Gueulante”, exhibitions, subversive and amusing animations, and DJs to smooth away the time between films. A festival for queers with character.
